The site has had a Community Green Flag for excellence since 2006. We are working towards the Village Halls association’s Hallmark Award.
The committee organises lots of events to fund site maintenance and improvements, see the forthcoming events page. Helpers are always welcome so why not join the Friends of the Park?
Art Group exhibition:
Our art group have kindly decided to have an onsite, regularly changed exhibition of their work which is for sale with a percentage of sales being donated to hall funds.
Hire Uses:
The hall is ideal for functions, receptions and fund-raising events. It is very popular for children’s birthday parties. Licensed for up to 120 people it can be hired at an hourly rate for meetings, lectures etc or at a set price for functions. WiFi access makes the hall ideal for conferences. There are skittles, table tennis and badminton available for hire. The committee room is suitable for smaller meetings. The recreation ground may also be hired.
Prices vary according to the nature of the event.
